How I can help
I use CBT, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness to work with sleep problems. We look at the patterns that keep you awake at night, including tension, unhelpful thoughts, and habits that interfere with rest. You’ll learn practical ways to relax both body and mind, so sleep feels easier again
about sessions
this therapy is goal-oriented
not open-ended. Sessions are held online, one-to-one, in a private and secure space. After a few sessions, most people notice they feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident handling situations that used to feel overwhelming.
